          Dear Mr. Consul of the United States, I again appeal to You asking for help. I Ask the United States of America in your face, give me urgently political asylum and refuge, as a victim of trafficking. Help me get in touch with my blood relatives in the United States .                                               Повторное срочное обращение 

 

Уважаемый господин президент Турции, я вынужден в срочном порядке  обратиться к Вам.

И могу обратиться только к Вам поскольку ситуация складывается очень плохая вокруг моего пребывания в Турции.  Меня буквально  всеми силами пытаются сделать бездомным, нищим не имеющим документов официального пребывания в Турции, юридическим языком, вывести за правовое поле.

 Поясняю:  В апреле месяце я по решению департамента  полиции города Анкары из города Анталии был переведён в город  Конья, для проживания там. В городе Конья нам было предложено найти себе жильё, и зарегистрироваться по какому то адресу. Город Конья это старинный город, со своим неповторимым архитектурным обликом и укладом не предназначенный для большого количества посетителей и туристов. Именно эта особенность имеет продолжение в том, что в городе Конья нет возможности снять официально жильё с договором аренды не гражданину республика Турция. Это такая особенность города, или необходимо иметь гаранта, жителя города, который поручится за моё пребывание в нём, и это записано в решениях большинства кооперативов жилья в городе.  Конечно в моей ситуации это не возможно.  Я никого не знаю в городе Конья.  Поселился я в отеле «SАТО» и начал поиски жилья. В первое время в отделе миграционной полиции города Конья отношение было ко мне спокойное и доброжелательное.  Я пришёл и объяснил ситуацию о трудностях со снятием жилья. Конечно, для полиции эта особенность города не является новостью и мне документы выписаны были на отель «SATO».  Прожив месяц в отеле, я попросился на время в город Анталию и меня официально отпустили в отпуск. Я обращался в полицию города Конья с просьбой помочь мне найти жильё, или выступить гарантом за меня. Обращался с проблемой, что проживание в отеле обходится в три раза дороже, чем в квартире, но мне было сказано, что это «мои трудности».  Но меня отпускали периодически в город Анталию, где мне удавалось немного  экономить и скопить денег за счёт экономии для выполнения того, что требовало от меня предписание быть приписанным в городе Конья.  Это было до момента, пока я случайно не встретил работников полиции в городе Анталья, которые меня узнали . Как я уже писал, что я являюсь « Жертвой торговли людьми» и был похищен из США. Для меня страной транзита при похищении была Турция. Может  именно поэтому меня Всевышний и вновь привёл сюда, как по старым следам. Но именно на этой старой тропе он столкнул меня с семьями, что когда то занимались пересылкой похищенных детей в СССР. Они и тогда были работники МВД Турции, теперь их дети работают в МВД Турции. Мы узнали друг друга. Он посмотрел мой документ, увидел, что я приписан к полиции города Конья. С этого момента всё изменилось. Меня перестали отпускать из города Конья в Анталью. Стали требовать , что бы я сделал то, что не возможно сделать. Принёс  договор о найме жилья в городе Конья, и находился по этому адресу, что бы меня могли найти. Вчера мне было отказано в продлении временного удостоверения, оно у меня заканчивается 03 11 2013 года. Основанием в отказе продления служит отсутствие официального договора аренды, а продлевать удостоверение на отель в миграционной полиции города Конья, мне отказано. Так же мне была сказана угроза, что если не представлю договор аренды, то он  сделает пометку в моём деле, что я сбежал и нарушаю предписание.  Для того, что бы я не ходил по территории здания полиции  города Конья и не пытался найти никого и объяснить ситуацию, мне просто пригрозили, что если не покину здание, то прямо сейчас арестуют и депортируют.

 Я очень много видел в жизни, я знаю, мудрость  «рука руку моет» и знаю, что такое личная просьба в системах МВД . Я видел, как в Казахстане те, кто пытались пожаловаться на работника полиции, или КНБ потом кушали своё заявление без воды и соли под смех и аплодисменты полиции и работников КНБ. Поэтому я не пишу в полицию Турции, а обращаюсь прямо к Вам и рассказываю о ситуации.

Это не жалоба, господин президент Турции. Я слишком слаб и беззащитен для того, что бы жаловаться, поэтому я не пишу фамилий полицейских, если Вам будет угодно,  раскопать эту историю с фамилиями для Вас не составит труда.  Я просто описываю мою ситуацию и пытаюсь остаться в защите юридического правового поля.  Хотя при поставленной мне задачи это не возможно. Через три дня у меня закончится действие временного удостоверения Турции. Найти официально аренду жилья в городе Конья мне не представляется возможным.  При сегодняшней ситуации да же, если Всевышний  поможет, и я найду такое жильё, то сообщить  адрес своего нахождения в полицию семьям, которые  участвовал в транзите похищенных, для КГБ СССР это самоубийство.  Только тот факт моей памяти даёт мне уверенность  в правильности моего обращения к Вам. Это то, что когда  в момент транзита, меня возили по Турции весной 1968 года, то моего сопровождающего интересовали расположения гидро сооружений и войск республики Турция. Это означает, что он хотел сделать вред Турции. Он так же украл меня у моих родителей, сделав вред мне и им.  Так же находился в сговоре с этой огромной бандой работников МВД Турции того времени, которые помогали ему, переправлять через границу похищенных детей и заниматься шпионажем. Они мои враги и враги республики Турция. Поэтому  у меня есть шанс найти союзника в вашем лице и просить помощи и защиты у Вас.  Так же мне даёт некоторую уверенность , что я найду защиту в вашем лице и то, что в небе над Турцией я вижу иногда летящие самолёты F- 17 на которых видны флаги республика Турция, а не Миг 21 и Су 27.  Так же и тот момент, что на защите неба и мирной жизни в республики Турция стоит зенитный ракетный комплекс США и стран НАТО, а республика Турция состоит в содружестве стран НАТО со всеми истекающими от этого следствиями. Если бы это было не так, я бы не писал  Вам и вообще  и  не приехал за помощью в Турцию.

Прошу Вас помочь мне в этой  не простой ситуации, именно помочь вернуться на мою Родину в США,  что бы расследованием моей истории занялись не зависимые органы МОМ ООН, а не передать мой рассказ в семьи моих похитителей для того, что бы они приняли меры для наведения тишины и моего успокоения.

Dear Mr. President of Turkey, I am forced to urgently appeal to You.

  По классификации я отношусь к категории « Жертва торговли людьми» По опасности моей информации для политической системы стран СНГ ( Россия, Казахстан, Белоруссия и других) к политическим беженцам, который больше не в состоянии находиться на территории этих стран из за реальной угрозе моей жизни и угрозе быть втянутым в политическую интригу с моим убийством, из за того, что сегодня мои родные по крови  стали очень известные люди в мире. Прошло более года с момента моих обращений на территории Турции. Ответа и содействия я не дождался, мало того, мои обращения в полицию Турции с просьбой передать в ФБР Бостон США мои свидетельские показания о Бостонском теракте не были исполнены. Я действовал в этом согласно международного закона «о борьбе с бомбовым терроризмом», Мои силы и средства исчерпались нахождения в Турции. Тем более, что я столкнулся с некоторыми семьями в Турции, что занимались транзитом похищенных детей для СССР в 1967 году. После этого меня начали просто вынуждать умереть. 1 Отказ от продления временного удостоверения, что мне было выписано в Турции, город Конья. Ссылка на то, что я обязан принести им договор аренды квартиры. Хоть им и известно, что для не гражданина Турции в городе Конья это не возможно. Это особенность этого города. И много ещё всяких мелких моментов направленных на мою нейтрализацию. Эти моменты возможно выявить и подтвердить только с помощью расследования. А расследование начать только при установки факта моего американского происхождения. А для этого необходимо в официальном порядке из Турции передать в США мою историю и произвести опрос моих родных, Фамилии которых мне известны из секретных архивов КНБ Казахстана. Но кто это способен сделать? Я решил покинуть Турцию и вернуться в Грузию. Из всех мне сегодня доступных в финансово и паспорт визового режима стран, которые не продадут меня режиму Путина. Как не странно, меня не выпустили из Турции. Мне с усмешкой сказали на границе Турция – Грузия, что я должен поехать теперь в Анкару, найти президента Турции и взять у него документ, что все мои прошения отменяются, и он меня отпускает. ( копию отметки в паспорте с границы я Вам прилагаю) Я видел такие фокусы среди друзей Путина много раз. Мне пришлось вернуться обратно в Анталию и дальше я намерен просить полицию Анталии о добровольной моей депортации. Хотя и это заявление в полиции Анталии пока у меня отказываются принять.
